The website has useful information and resources including a brief video that explains the program with details on who is eligible and how the program works.
The WV P-EBT call center is available to assist. Call center representatives will be answering information and triaging callers. They will not have access to any private student data or information.
The P-EBT email account is monitored 5 days a week. It’s set up with an auto response that will occasionally change as new information is available. Coordinators in the Office of Child Nutrition are replying or redirecting each of these. Please direct questions about P-EBT benefits to wvpebt@k12.wv.us.

Due to all of the Covid safety regulations and restrictions, we have made some changes for our car riders.
Car rider changes:
Arrival time 7:30-7:40. Tardy is 7:40 so we can be ready for bus arrival at 7:45. You must park in a parking spot and walk your child to the door. You and your child need to wear a mask while waiting and be mindful of social distancing. Grades 3-5 will come in the front door. Grades K-2 will come in the back door. If you have a child in both grade levels, then go to the front door. We will check their temperature and then they will go straight to their room. If temperature is 100.4 or above, they will need to go home. PK will go to the PK door.
Dismissal time 2:30-2:40. Pk-5th Gr.
Stay in your car and start a line in the bus lane. When the lane is full, continue the line behind the teacher’s cars but leaving the entrance free of traffic. Staff members will notify teachers when you are in the pick up lane. Your child will be walked to your car in the lane and helped into your car. If they can not buckle up by themselves, then you can pull over in a parking spot out of the way and help them. Please be patient as we try this new dismissal plan.
If you have any questions, give me a call.
Thanks,
Mrs. Bodkin💙

Yearbook Info
I have enjoyed seeing some of our students' first day of school 2020-2021 pictures on FB.
I am putting together the yearbook again this school year. With this year being outside of our normal school year, I am hoping to enlist everyone's help.
This year is going to be more difficult for me to get candid photos of all of our students due to blended, virtual and distance learning. If you would like to submit photos to me of your child engaged in school related activities, please send them to me through my email (ldemotto@k12.wv.us). I cannot promise I will be able to use all of them, but I will try to include as many as I possibly can. I would love to do a section on the first day back to school 2020-2021, so I would love to share some of your first day pictures. Please share this information with parents that may not be a member on Facebook.
My email again is...
